To provide access into roof space which is also fire intergrity rated.
Introduction
With a download opening door supported on a full-width hinge, the Type PC lofthatch is available with one hour (cavi 60) or two hour (Cavi 120) fire intergrity rating. The steel surround and steel door are finsihed in white and do not require painting. Models incorporate resi-seal daraught strips and an intergral turn catch to secure the door in the closed position.
